Nice clean and modern hotel complex in western suburbs of Boston, MA. My suite was well appointed with a useful kitchenette, a large bedroom and very comfortable bed in the adjoining room. 2 tvs. Plenty of parking. Free daily breakfast including fresh fruit. Coffee always on tap. Recommended.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. We had a nice room and the staff was friendly. We spoke mostly to Alex, Daisy's and Zachary at the front desk and they were all friendly and helpful. I took away one star due to breakfast. Great food selection (bread, bagels, cereal, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, etc...) but everything was in a small corner with an island in the middle. It made it extremely hard to get around to get the food you want, without bumping into people. I understand wanting to have maximum seating for guests, but I feel the cereal, milks and juices, should not be on the island. If I do return to Boston, I would still stay at this hotel, as I did enjoy my stay.

Had a great experience at this Hyatt. Duke who works the PM shift was amazing and very professional and courteous. We stayed a few nights and halfway through the house keeper knocked and offered a fresh set of towels which we thought was amazing. The inner courtyard is perfect for walking small dogs safely at all times of day. The outer perimeter also has enough landscaping to easily walk your larger dogs quickly. Breakfast was typical for a Hyatt and everything was kept fresh and stocked. Outdoor pool is only open during the warmest months if ever.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing with the room was that the thermostat was hard to control. The hotel had a free breakfast and it was very nice! There was also a bar/lounge area in the evening, which was a nice convenience. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as a family on December 15-30, 2022. The bag in which we put our dirty clothes was taken by the housekeeper and there were important clothes in it. I applied to the hotel management many times, the bag with our laundry was not found and the hotel said that they would provide us a refund of 50 dollars or 50 dollars would be deducted from the accommodation fee. But they did not make any payment. They deceived us officially. Please refund my money.

Decent breakfast. Parking at $10 for non globalists is ok. Rooms are ok size n ok clean. Convenient to highway. Don’t expect easy Boston access however. I didn’t notice a T station anywhere nearby.

No complaints at all. Great distance from Boston. Rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t bad.

Hotel is fine enough. A little dated but acceptable. The wifi is garbage. Constantly dropping my laptop and my phone. Location is close to a handful of food options. Staff are friendly and helpful.
